
Senior Payroll Specialist

The Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and managing the accurate and compliant delivery of end-to-end payroll services. This includes overseeing the payroll operations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and providing guidance to junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective payroll systems and processes
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits
- Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Provide training and support to junior team members
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting and/or business
- Extensive experience in leading an end-to-end payroll function
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
