About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to fill this part-time position as a Customer Service Representative in our branch. As a key team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Support customers in identifying suitable products and services, including account opening, lending, and banking transactions.
- Ensure seamless, consistent, and tailored experiences for our customers, with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Introduce customers to our digital banking options, making their banking simple, easy, and secure.
- Pursue ongoing training and development to enhance your career.
- A passion for delivering an amazing experience to customers and a commitment to quality.
- The ability to work collaboratively as a team, with self-motivation and energy to create a signature customer experience.

This is a part-time role working 5 days per week, Monday to Thursday 9am–4:30pm and Friday 9am–5:30pm. We offer a contract employment type.
