**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Watchroom Operator to join our team in East Sale, Victoria. This role is a critical part of our Fire and Rescue operations, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an effective operational readiness in accordance with relevant policies and guidelines.
  • Respond to fire crews to incidents as required at the applicable fire station and maintain support and communications where needed to the Incident Controller.
  • Assist the OIC of the Fire Station to ensure that all relevant administrative duties associated with the operational aspect of the fire station are performed.
  • Participate in the Fire Station training and development plan.
