Key Role: Strategic Technology Advisor

This is a pivotal position within the Technology function, responsible for shaping the enterprise-wide technology strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with the Technology Leadership Team and stakeholders to develop visionary technology strategies, drive process improvements, and guide pivotal strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Create and evolve domain-specific technology roadmaps to provide clear direction for future investments and capabilities
  • Drive strategic decision-making processes to ensure technology initiatives deliver maximum business value
  • Collaborate with technology leaders to optimize the operating model for efficiency, innovation, and scalability
  • Identify transformation opportunities leveraging emerging technologies and innovative approaches
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment on technology priorities and resource allocation
  • Provide thought leadership on technology trends and their potential impact on the business
  • Develop frameworks to measure the effectiveness and ROI of technology investments

Additional responsibilities include fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the Technology function, driving strategic initiatives, and collaborating with senior stakeholders and executive teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field
  • 5-10 years' experience in technology strategy, consulting, or similar roles
  • Strong track record developing technology strategies and roadmaps
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive teams
  • Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and transformation
  • Excellence in executive communications and presentations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Desirable Skills:
  • Master's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Strategy or technology-specific certifications
  • Experience in Big 4 consulting or top-tier strategy firms
  • Aviation or travel industry experience
