About the Role
This position sits within the CCO (Controls and Customer Outcomes) team, dedicated to providing line-of-sight support for complaint management and systemic risk across various portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end value chain risk assessments, risk-related change management, and events management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify trends, manage data quality issues, and develop effective operational risk management solutions.
- Deliver against control objectives, provide compliance support, and maintain risk data completeness and quality in the NFR hub.
- Analyze and report on a broad range of data for the end-to-end value chain.
- Facilitate and participate in risk management forums and divisional value chain forums.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in risk management, compliance, or internal/external audit.
- Able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, analyze insights, and drive critical business decisions.
- Good engagement skills and ability to build relationships across the value chain.
