Key Job Responsibilities- Support the implementation and enhancement of the enterprise risk and compliance frameworks.
- Work with the Head of Risk and Compliance to promote the firm's risk appetite and culture across business functions.
- Support business units in identifying, assessing, and managing key risks and regulatory obligations.
- Advise on policy development, control design, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain effective training programs to ensure risk and compliance awareness firm-wide.
- Prepare reports and insights for executive management and the Risk Committee.
About You
- Proven experience in a risk and compliance role within the financial services sector.
- Solid understanding of AFSL regulations.
- Strong knowledge of investment or financial advice and professional services environments would be excellent.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to interpret regulatory requirements and deliver practical, business-aligned solutions.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
