Home Care Professional

We are seeking Support Workers who can provide high-quality care and support to our clients. Our ideal candidate will have experience in providing personal care, social support, and domestic assistance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care services
- Offering social support and companionship
- Assisting with domestic tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Transporting clients to appointments and activities
Required qualifications and skills include:
- Certificate III/IV in Aged, Disability or Individual Support
- Australian National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Drivers license and own vehicle
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
