Job Opportunity

This role involves delivering high-quality nursing services, including wound care and general check-ups/nursing reports, as well as developing long-term relationships with clients and their families.

  1. Providing personalized care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes
  2. Conducting thorough assessments and implementing effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each client

We value experience in home and community care and offer a flexible schedule with approximately 10-15 hours per week. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • First Aid Certification (preferred)
  • Bachelor of Nursing qualification (preferred)
  • Drivers Licence
  • National Police Check Certificate (preferred)
