About the Role:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to clients in their homes.
This includes personal cares, social support, domestic assistance, and transport. You will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and developing personalized care plans to meet those needs.
Responsibilities:- Provide personal cares such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication management, and household chores
- Offer social support and companionship to clients
- Transport clients to appointments and activities
- Certificate III/IV in Aged, Disability or Individual Support
- Australian National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Drivers license and your own vehicle
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
- Be willing to travel within the whole of Logan City (approximately 30 minute radius)
- Above hourly award rates
