About the Role

The Future Students Branch is seeking a skilled Future Student Experience Officer to lead nurturing and conversion activities with a strong customer service focus. This role involves providing creative marketing expertise to support business needs and overseeing the duties of casual staff and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Nurturing and Conversion Activities: Develop and implement strategies to engage with prospective students, enhance their experience, and convert them into successful applicants.
  • Customer Service Focus: Provide exceptional customer service through detailed responses to applicant enquiries across multiple communication platforms.
