We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our IT team as an IT Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical assistance to staff members, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently, and ensuring seamless operation of our technology infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both Mac and PC environments (some Linux) and demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills, with a passion for delivering superior IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support to staff members via various communication channels
  • Resolve hardware and software issues promptly, minimizing downtime and disruption to our operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new technologies and systems
  • Develop and maintain documentation for technical procedures and best practices

Requirements:
