Early Childhood Leadership Role

The Early Childhood Director will play a pivotal role in shaping young minds and delivering high-quality early education experiences. You will lead the overall management and operation of the centre, ensuring it aligns with the highest standards of early childhood education and care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leading and inspiring your team to create a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations, curriculum planning, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with parents and the local community.
  • Supporting staff with ongoing professional development to uphold high-quality teaching practices.
Key Qualifications & Experience
  • A minimum two years' experience as an Early Childhood Director.
  • A Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised).
  • Proven leadership experience in a childcare setting.
  • A strong understanding of child development and early education principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment for staff and children.
  • A sound knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
