About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to drive student recruitment and engagement through digital channels and immersive marketing. As the Associate Director of Engagement and Programs, you will play a key role in expanding our reach and boosting enrolments across Victoria University.
The successful candidate will lead the strategic direction of our Early Entry Program, driving innovation in digital recruitment and loyalty initiatives. Through immersive marketing and tech-enabled engagement, the role boosts student recruitment and enrolments across our institution.
Main Responsibilities- Develop creative concepts for immersive and experiential marketing activations, coordinating with internal partners and external vendors.
- Implement a comprehensive plan to position the VU Early Entry Program as a loyalty-based program.
- Lead loyalty-based initiatives to enhance long-term engagement and conversion of VU Early Entry students.
- Analyse data to inform recruitment strategies and optimise operations.
- Identify and integrate new technologies to amplify recruitment reach, improve engagement, and optimise operations.
- Expertise in developing and implementing student recruitment strategies.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and technologies.
- Experience in creating and executing immersive marketing activations.
- Creativity and flexibility to generate innovative ideas.
- Extensive experience with loyalty-based customer programs or long-term engagement and conversion programs.
- Ability to provide strategic and operational leadership.
