The Role

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Facilitator to enhance the quality of care provided to individuals with dementia. This role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs and training initiatives for staff, caregivers, and stakeholders involved in dementia care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs to equip staff with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to deliver exceptional care
  • Collaborate with the Dementia Centre team to build capacity and capability in dementia care
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on training initiatives to ensure continuous improvement
  • Support the development of a supportive and enabling environment for individuals with dementia
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years' experience in delivering programs in a face-to-face setting and online
  • Proven experience in training and education, ideally within a health care or residential care setting
  • Dynamic personality with strong rapport-building skills and excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with training technologies and software
