Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the day-to-day running of the warehouse operations to achieve optimal productivity and efficiency.

  • Implement and maintain a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring all protocols are followed and adhered to.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve warehouse operations, including developing, reviewing, and updating warehouse procedures.
  • Manage the warehouse budget, including financial management and cost-saving strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations management, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong understanding of financial drivers and cost control, with the ability to manage budgets and implement cost-saving strategies.
