Warehouse Manager Job Description
As a Warehouse Manager at Linfox Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for leading the warehouse team to deliver efficient and productive outcomes. The role involves maintaining a collaborative environment with the Site Manager and making decisions driven by safety, service, and cost.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day running of the warehouse operations to achieve productive outcomes.
- Ensure the effective utilisation of allocated resources on site.
- Analyse KPI reporting to improve productivity and meet financial budgets.
- Engage with external labour agencies to fill labour shortages.
- Facilitate continuous improvement through warehouse procedure development and review.
- Manage P&L responsibilities using Excel for financial management.
- Prioritise safety and ensure all protocols are followed.
- Enhance customer experience and onboard new customers.
Requirements:
- Leadership excellence with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
- Previous P&L management experience with a strong understanding of financial drivers.
- An organised and systematic approach to work with attention to detail.
- Effective communication across organisational levels.
- A go-getter with a strong sense of trust and loyalty.
- Ability to drive accountability and consistency.
- Strong team player with the ability to hit the ground running.
- Extensive experience in logistics and operations management.
