The Crisis Assessment Team/EPS/Triage team is part of Alfred Mental & Addiction Health, which focuses on mental illness in the Inner South Eastern area of Melbourne. The team provides crisis assessment, treatment, and triage services.

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled clinician to join our Emergency Psychiatry team. As a Senior Mental Health Clinician, you will work across four main areas: Crisis Assessment and Treatment, Triage, Emergency Psychiatry, and APACER. You will be part of a diverse and supportive team that celebrates individuality and promotes wellbeing. Our team is committed to delivering timely and effective care to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and promoting recovery.

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide crisis assessment and treatment services to individuals in need
- Work across various settings, including crisis assessment and treatment, triage, emergency psychiatry, and APACER
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address individual needs
- Provide education and support to individuals, families, and carers

**Requirements:**
- Approved tertiary qualifications and registration with the relevant registering body
- Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in a mental health setting
- Previous experience in an acute community mental health setting is highly regarded
- Drug and alcohol experience is desirable
- Australian working rights and full COVID-19 and 2024 influenza vaccinations
