Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Training Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering instructor-led training sessions, analyzing lesson framework needs, and designing in-person and online training solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience using PLM tools, such as 3DX, eMatrix, Enovia, and Teamcenter, or equivalent. A qualification or equivalent experience in systems engineering, aviation maintenance, software development, or configuration management is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of instructor-led training sessions across multiple sites
  • Analyzing lesson framework needs and designing in-person and online training solutions
  • Performing train-the-trainer and mentoring tasks
  • Conducting courseware continuous improvement tasks and pilot new courses with innovative processes
  • Working collaboratively with business partners to support testing and development of new processes and technologies
  • Providing technical support to users on 3DX and processes
  • Staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in PLM and training delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experienced using PLM Tools (3DX, eMatrix, Enovia, Teamcenter) or equivalent
  • Qualification or equivalent experience in systems engineering, aviation maintenance, software development, or configuration management
  • Qualification or experience in the delivery and/or development of technical training
  • A confident public speaker with strong communication and interpersonal skills
