Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Financial Service Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, navigating complex financial situations, and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand customer goals and objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide seamless support and resolution.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial products and services to offer expert advice.
  • Developing and implementing customized plans to meet individual customer needs.

Benefits

This is a permanent, part-time position located in Echuca. The roster is 60 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday from 8:45 am to 5:15 pm. You will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a competitive salary and benefits package.
