What You'll Do

As a Summer Clerk, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Gain exposure to our niche practice areas and experience real work by observing cases, drafting responses, and providing advice
  • Get involved in significant deals, meetings, and negotiations
  • Attend court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations to see the different types of litigation available first-hand
  • Learn about the nuances of privacy advice and the Cyber landscape in Australia and New Zealand
  • Work alongside leading Insurance lawyers as they demystify the myths of insurance law

We take a very hands-on approach to our program to give clerks valuable insight into how we operate. As a Summer Clerk, you will be provided with:
