Are you a detail-oriented professional looking for a challenging role in financial accounting? We have an exciting opportunity for a Commodities Reporting Specialist to join our team at Macquarie.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in financial accounting, financial control, audit, legal entity control, or regulatory reporting roles in a financial institution. They will be responsible for preparing and managing a wide array of regulatory reports, navigating the complexities of global trading environments and financial markets.

In this pivotal role, you will not only ensure the integrity and accuracy of our regulatory reporting but also spearhead the successful integration of regulatory changes into our day-to-day operations. You will develop deep understanding of controls and risk management associated with regulatory reporting, drive innovation by identifying and executing opportunities for automation, and process enhancements.

This role involves proactive engagement and collaboration with internal stakeholders, including finance/data teams, business teams, and risk management, to ensure our regulatory reporting strategies are aligned with the division's goals in commodities, financial markets, and asset finance.

We offer a competitive salary package of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits include hybrid and flexible working arrangements, one wellbeing leave day per year, up to five additional days leave based on length of service, paid volunteer leave, and donation matching.
