We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the Sydney Domestic Airport store.

About the Role
  • Lead the profitable operation and management of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving results to meet sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the store.
About You

You will be a passionate and results-driven retail professional with experience in managing teams and delivering exceptional customer service. You will have a strong understanding of retail operations and be able to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.

In addition to your retail experience, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
