Supply Chain Support Specialist

Warehouse Associate

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to support distribution across the US.

  • This position involves working in a safe environment with state-of-the-art equipment and using manual and/or automated warehouse/manufacturing equipment such as packaging lines.

  • You will be required to operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., stand-up/sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks) and maintain equipment.

  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.

  • Additional responsibilities include package, kit, and assemble orders and materials, load and unload inbound/outbound trailers, assist training of dock employees on new procedures and investigate/resolve scanning issues.

  • Able to input data into the WMS computer system in use.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform tasks described in location policies and procedures, including handling materials within associated transactions.

  • Participate in workgroup and other team activities to improve warehouse operations and related business functions.

  • Performs housekeeping duties for assigned area.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Six months of related warehouse experience required; one year or more preferred.

  • Powered industrial truck certification.

  • Able to read and do basic mathematics in English for safety, work instructions, and policies.

  • Able to work overtime as assigned and able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills; detail-oriented with good follow-up practices.

This position also requires additional screening which may include employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, road test, badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.
