Pool Attendant Job Summary

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests at the poolside.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to guest needs and requests by the pool, including provision of towels, sunscreen and other amenities.
  • Take guests food and beverage orders, making recommendations and advising of menu options.
  • Serve food and beverages to the poolside promptly following appropriate procedures.
  • Record transactions using MICROS system.
  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of poolside.

Requirements:

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification from nationally accredited training provider
  • I'm Alert Food Safety Certification from City of Perth
  • Experience working in customer service role preferred
  • First Aid qualification desirable
  • Unrestricted working rights for Australia
