As a key member of our service delivery team, you will act as the primary point of contact for various technical issues and service requests. You will be responsible for managing incidents, problems, and requests end-to-end using ITIL processes, applying advanced troubleshooting techniques and escalating appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to apply creative problem-solving techniques in a highly complex environment. The role requires tertiary qualifications or equivalent demonstrated experience in relevant disciplines, formal qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in the discipline of Service Management e.g. ITIL, and at least 3 years' experience in a similar or related IT Service Desk role.
