Brand Engagement Specialist

We are partnering with a leading Australian FMCG company in the Health, Wellness and Beauty sector to recruit a Customer Activation Executive. The company portfolio includes skincare, haircare, vitamins and supplements distributed across Pharmacy, Grocery and e-commerce.
This well-established business is poised for growth and seeks individuals who are excited about working with premium brands in an innovative team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage activation calendars to drive customer engagement
- Lead the development of customer briefs and utilize Trade Promotional Management systems to optimize promotional activities
- Maintain POS Playbooks and coordinate Cycle meetings to ensure seamless execution
- Track program performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Blue Chip FMCG or Pharmaceutical companies
- Prior experience in Health & Wellbeing, OTC Pharmacy or Alcohol industries is highly desirable
- Demonstrated expertise in Trade Marketing Briefing and KPI evaluation is essential
- Proficiency in POS production, including printing, is required
- Mentorship by an experienced Manager
