About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled IT Service Desk Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be working as a key conduit between our IT staff, senior application support analysts, and business stakeholders to manage Business As Usual tasks.
You will work under limited direction, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to facilitate understanding and resolution of issues of known and unknown origin in the support space. Your tasks will also involve managing knowledge base articles, documenting complex issues, and undertaking analysis tasks relating to general application support issues.
In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring uptime and availability of our internal systems to ensure business continuity. You will also serve as an escalation point for junior members within the team for any Incidents and Service Requests, providing advice and guidance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
