About the Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Service Desk Technician to join our dynamic team. Our technicians utilize their established skills in a fast-paced environment, resolving real-time IT-related issues and requests while upholding Kinetic IT's reputation for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshooting & investigating IT-related issues via phone
  2. Delivering high-level proactive and cooperative customer service
  3. Logging & resolving IT tickets and escalating to cross-functional teams as required
  4. Collaborating with other vendors and service providers
  5. Sharing lessons learned and process improvements with your team

Requirements:

  1. A minimum AGSVA Baseline clearance or higher
  2. Ability to obtain a National Police Check
  3. Clear communication and good customer service skills
  4. The ability to adapt to technology changes and follow processes accurately
  5. Prior experience in a phone-based and/or dynamic customer service environment is highly desirable
