Lead Educator Opportunity

This is a permanent and full-time role with some flexibility for working from home in between service times. The successful candidate will start off with a 5 week induction program to set them up for success, with incredible support from a mentor and regional manager.

Requirements

For this role, we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves kids. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident interpersonal skills, no matter if they're talking with a preppie, their parent, one of their team or the school principal
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
  • A natural leadership style with an eye for detail
  • A genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children
  • Qualifications or studying towards an ACECQA approved qualification, including teaching degrees, education support, children's services, early childhood education, sports science, youth work, etc.
