Maths Tutor

Tradewind are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Maths Teacher / Centre Manager to lead our dedicated team at a tutor center in Kew.

This is the perfect opportunity for individuals seeking a rewarding role in the education sector. With full-time and part-time options available, we welcome applicants who are passionate about empowering students to reach their full potential.

Details

· In-centre: 3:45 - 8:00pm Weekdays | 11.30am - 2.30pm Saturdays

· Part-time: ~20-25 hours a week in-center

· Full-time: 25 hours a week in-center 10-13 hours admin (working from home)

· Location: Kew Center - but available for Box Hill, Balwyn North, Glen Iris and Glen Waverley if needed

· Room for flexibility around hours and location

Skills and Experience

· Experience in teaching / tutoring Maths or Science (at least 1 year preferred)

· Passion for education and working with students

· Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

· Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities

· Eagerness to learn and be trained

· Proficiency in computer skills

· Previous management or leadership experience preferred

· Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred

Job Responsibilities

· Teaching Maths to students from Gr

· Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the center

· Lead and motivate coaches by developing them professionally and personally

· Conduct educational consultations by promptly responding to enquiries and successfully enrolling students

· Administer student assessments, identify learning gaps, and develop customized learning plans

· Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families

· Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including student success and customer satisfaction

· Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes

· Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or higher

· Completed Maths up to a year 12 level
