Property Management Career Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team in Newcastle. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a small portfolio of key clients and their investment properties.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leasing, maintenance and arrears management of existing properties
  • Building and strengthening relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating our CRM system
  • Managing your day effectively to achieve the best results
