Job Summary
Cimic Group is seeking an experienced CHPP Maintenance Superintendent to join our operations team in Queensland. This role will be based in the Bowen basin, supporting our operations in the region.
About the Role
The CHPP Maintenance Superintendent will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies to ensure the optimal performance of our CHPP assets. This will involve:
- Maintenance Budgeting: Developing and managing the maintenance budget to ensure costs are controlled within established guidelines.
- Leadership and Communication: Demonstrating effective leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team of maintenance personnel.
- Maintenance Optimization: Maximizing plant run hours by optimizing maintenance windows and implementing improvements to reduce site costs or improve revenue.
- Problem-Solving: Supporting the Maintenance Coordinator(s) to resolve problems and recommend measures to ensure effective planning, resourcing, and implementation of maintenance activities.
- Maintenance Management: Managing maintenance activities and operation of the HV network, ensuring there are sufficient trained and authorized personnel for restoration and maintenance activities.
- Delay Analysis: Working with the CHPP Superintendent to monitor and review CHPP delay analysis, ensuring all delays are understood and plans are in place to minimize.
- Reporting: Compiling maintenance reports as required (daily, weekly, monthly).
