Maintenance Planner

AssetOn Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner with CHPP fixed plant experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving maintenance planning to maximize fixed plant equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Support Planning Functionality: Focus on fixed plant assets to ensure optimal maintenance planning.
- Implement Maintenance Techniques: Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure high safety, productivity, and reliability of equipment.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Manage lead times on parts and collaborate with internal customers and key suppliers to ensure effective maintenance planning.
- Prioritize Work and Manage Time: Prioritize work and effectively manage time to meet maintenance planning objectives.
- Forecast Costs: Play an active role in forecasting costs for short to mid-term needs.
- Build Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with internal customers and key suppliers to ensure effective maintenance planning.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant statutory, legislative, OH&S standards, and site policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated Maintenance Planning Experience: At least 2+ years of maintenance planning experience, utilizing SAP.
- Trade Qualification: Trade qualification in Boilermaking, Diesel Fitting, Mechanical, etc.
- Preventative Maintenance Principles: Thorough comprehension of preventative maintenance principles.
- CHPP Fixed Plant Experience: Essential experience in CHPP fixed plant equipment.
- Work Management Processes: Strong background in effective work management processes.
- Transferable Skills: Preference for candidates with mining experience, though those with transferable skills from backgrounds such as mining or defense will also be highly regarded.
- Working Rights: Full working rights in Australia.
- Competitive Hourly Rates: Highly competitive hourly rates.
- Weekly Pays: Weekly pays with superannuation paid on all hours worked.
- Roster: 9 day fortnight roster.
- Contract: 6 month contract.
- DIDO: DIDO from the Rockhampton/Mackay regions.
- Accommodation and Meals: Accommodation and meals provided whilst working.
- Medical Expenses: AssetOn covers medical expenses, Standard 11 certifications, and associated training costs.
- Uniforms: Provision of uniforms (including boots if necessary).
