Job Description:

This role involves supporting our Organisational Development and Partnering team based at our Perth CBD office by being the first point of contact for people-related matters within their remit.

The People & Capability Business Partner will provide support to the business partner team by providing HR advice and triaging queries across the business and stakeholder groups, working closely with senior P&C business partners on customer enquiries and tasks, partnering with stakeholders on HR-related matters, programs, and projects, managing HR queries and providing timely responses, and ensuring customer information aligns with Synergy's formal documents.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing HR advice and triaging queries across the business and stakeholder groups
  • Working closely with senior P&C business partners on customer enquiries and tasks
  • Partnering with stakeholders on HR-related matters, programs, and projects
  • Managing HR queries and providing timely responses
  • Ensuring customer information aligns with Synergy's formal documents

Requirements:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources or related fields (Diploma or Cert IV)

- Previous experience in providing human resources advice or partnering support

- Understanding of legal and industrial background to HR

- Demonstrated ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.

- Sound understanding of employment legislation and best practice.
