We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to take on a pivotal role in our payroll processing team. As a Payroll Processing Senior Associate, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of complex payrolls across weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cycles, covering over 100 Employee Benefits Agreements (EBAs) and multiple local agreements.

You will lead payroll testing and analytical review activities, including system transitions, to ensure data integrity, identify discrepancies, and support continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring legislative and audit compliance, staying informed of regulatory changes, meeting audit requirements, and managing year-end processes such as reconciliations and issuing payment summaries. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate extensive payroll expertise, including handling weekly, fortnightly, and monthly pay runs in complex environments, with strong knowledge of payroll procedures and finance processes. You must also possess a deep understanding of payroll legislation and entitlements, including PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, Workers Compensation, and Long Service Leave, with expert knowledge in termination calculations.

You should have experience in interpreting EBAs and awards, providing accurate application across various business units and supporting integration between Workday, Preceda, and ADP Global View. A strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and major payroll software are also essential.
