Enhance OSHC Quality Coach

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with senior leaders and local teams to elevate quality, pedagogy, and best practice across services.

This role involves regular site visits, hands-on coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver high-standard care that meets regulatory and organisational goals.

  • Mentor and guide coordinators and educators to achieve practice goals
  • Support quality improvement plans, assessments & ratings, and quality enhancement
  • Provide hands-on field coaching and role modeling
  • Collaborate with leaders to embed consistent pedagogy and standards
  • Foster reflection, growth, and high-quality outcomes for children

You will inspire excellence in Out of School Hours Care by:

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and pedagogy
  • Conduct regular site visits and provide coaching to staff
  • Liaise with leaders to ensure consistent standards and practices
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions

**Requirements:**

  • Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood, Education, or a related field (desired)
  • Proven experience as an Educational Leader or in Quality Assurance, ideally within OSHC
  • Skilled in audits, assessments, and continuous improvement frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of OSHC regulations, NQS, and MTOP Framework
  • Collaborative, proactive, and hands-on professional with excellent communication skills
