About the Role

As a Quality Improvement Partner, you will support the implementation of strategies and collateral for agreed repeatable models of care and clinical service enhancements. You will provide clinical education, continuous improvement, remediation coaching and mentoring.

You will assist with the rollout of clinical education programs tailored to clinical and professional leadership development for nurses and care home teams.

Duties

- Monitor and report variance to targets (performance), making recommendations for clinical service enhancement.

- Develop new procedures and work instructions supporting new models of care, improvements and clinical practice.

- Review clinical improvement activities, incidents in Riskman and assist GM and CCMs to improve quality of PCIs/CAPs and actions.

- Review and improve change management and implementation strategies, reporting changes/improvements to Head of Clinical Governance and Development.

- Develop and improve clinical training programs and modules as required for the organisation.

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor of Nursing with current registration with AHPRA.

- Qualifications in training and assessment or equivalent experience.

- Significant experience in managing a Care Home.

- Experience in developing models of care/change management strategies.

- Highly developed communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

Please note that NDIS approval is a requirement for this role. All aged care workers must be vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID/Booster vaccinations in line with State legislation.
