We're seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic global team in Australia. As a key member of our international accounting team, you'll be responsible for accounts receivable, billing, and deal desk-related tasks. You'll also have opportunities to assist in other areas, such as accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and month-end close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and amend customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Assist with deal desk functions, ensuring the accuracy of our Q2C process.
  • Coordinate with Sales, CX, and other departments to ensure accurate customer billing.
  • Validate inputs to ensure system integrity and accuracy.
  • Be a subject matter expert on Salesforce Billing.
  • Assist with month-end reconciliations and close processes.
  • Prepare schedules for financial statement audits.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analysis as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of related experience and a bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, quick learner with a strong team spirit.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel/Sheets.
  • SaaS industry experience highly regarded.
  • Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite preferred.
