Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to enhance our financial operations. This role is essential in fostering relationships with both internal teams and external clients, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payments and addressing invoicing inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively follow up with clients regarding overdue invoices.
  • Engage with adjusters to facilitate payment recommendations for invoices.
  • Address and resolve queries related to outstanding payments.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to manage invoicing disputes and queries.
  • Analyze job records to determine reasons for unpaid invoices.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance processes prior to pursuing overdue payments.
  • Oversee the management of the debtor's ledger.
  • Conduct account reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate client records within the financial system.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.


Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate a strong drive and enthusiasm. If you possess a high level of motivation and the ability to think creatively, you may find this role rewarding. The following qualifications are also essential, although we are committed to providing guidance and mentorship:

  • Experience in administration.
  • Previous exposure to Accounts Receivable is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Effective listening skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to establish and nurture strong professional relationships.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage diverse workloads.
  • Exceptional organizational and negotiation skills.

  • Experience in the Construction or Insurance sectors is a plus, but not required.
