About the Job:

We are seeking a seasoned construction professional to lead our team as a Site Manager. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of construction site operations, including management of labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Implementation and enforcement of safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Coordination with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Development and maintenance of accurate records of site activities.
  • Leadership and guidance of site teams to promote a culture of safety and quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in site management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and tools.
