Are you an experienced Site Manager with a trade background looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a highly respected remedial builder, is seeking a skilled and motivated Site Manager to oversee a variety of projects across Sydney.
About the RoleAs Site Manager, you will take ownership of remedial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. You will be supported by a strong head office team, but also given the autonomy to run sites confidently.
Key responsibilities- Managing day-to-day site operations across multiple remedial projects
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
- Ensuring safety compliance, quality control, and project timelines are met
- Building strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Reporting progress to the Project Manager and senior leadership
To be considered, you will have:
- A trade background – carpentry qualification strongly preferred
- 3–5 years' experience as a Site Manager with a remedial builder
- Strong technical knowledge of remedial construction methods
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- A proven ability to deliver projects safely and efficiently
