Key Responsibilities- Monitor emerging regulatory trends, risks, and opportunities to ensure compliance and alignment with business goals.
- Provide expert advice to senior leadership on regulatory matters, including decarbonisation and market expansion strategies.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with regulators and stakeholders to ensure smooth regulatory reporting and compliance processes.
- Align reporting frameworks with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration of regulatory requirements into daily operations.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize regulatory compliance.
Applicants must have a degree in law, business, accounting, finance, engineering or a related field and at least 8 years' experience in a regulatory, compliance or reporting-focused role.
A deep understanding of regulatory reporting requirements in the energy sector is essential, as well as experience with governance, risk and compliance (GRC) tools such as Archer.
