Job Description

We are seeking a professional who can support individuals in achieving their employment goals. As an Employment Consultant, you will work closely with clients to identify their skills and provide tailored solutions to help them secure employment.

You will be responsible for identifying and securing employment opportunities for our clients, supporting them to become job-ready, and delivering quality services while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements.

This role requires excellent communication skills, composure, and adaptability. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver great outcomes and make a difference in the lives of others.

About the Role
  • Support individuals to achieve their employment goals
  • Identify and secure employment opportunities
  • Deliver quality services while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with employers and community groups
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
