We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Consultant to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for empowering individuals with disabilities or disadvantages, enabling them to become work ready and find sustainable employment opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong rapport with participants to understand their needs, interests, skills, and experience.
  • Increase employability through training and support services.
  • SOURCE employment opportunities through effective networking and sales strategies.
  • BUILD and maintain relationships with potential employers and community organizations.
  • IDENTIFY and assess barriers towards employment and create solutions to support individuals at work and beyond.
  • Collaborate with participants to develop job plans that support clear pathways into employment.

To succeed in this role, you will bring a passion for customer-centricity, curiosity, resilience, adaptability, creativity, and a growth mindset. A tertiary qualification in a related field is preferred but not essential. You must have full Australian working rights, be able to satisfy national police check and Working with Children Check requirements, and hold a current driver's license where required.
