We're seeking a senior data professional to play a key role in applying advanced analytics and AI to drive business outcomes. As part of our team, you'll work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to translate complex business challenges into actionable insights.

About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with teams to define business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Cleaning, merging, and transforming data from diverse sources; applying statistical, AI, and machine learning techniques to generate insights or build solutions.
  • Creating visualisations tailored to different audiences; communicating technical findings through reports, presentations, and discussions.
  • Building relationships across the organisation, mentoring junior professionals, and contributing to capability-building initiatives.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Demonstrated experience leading a team or similar role in a fast-paced, large, and complex people-centred environment.
  • Proficiency in a broad range of data acquisition, processing, statistical, AI, and machine learning techniques.
  • Experience with one or more analytical programming languages (e.g., R, Python).
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills, including the ability to define business problems and derive accurate insights from diverse data sources.
