Warehouse Management Opportunity

We seek a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inventory management and logistics operations for our infrastructure project.

The project scope involves delivery of new transmission lines spanning approximately 140kms from Wagga Wagga Substation to Gugaa, with an Interface Point near Gundagai and a new substation at Maragle in the Snowy Mountains.

  • Maintain accurate stock records of materials and hardware in the yard, advising project engineers and supervisors when stock is low.
  • Receive and inspect materials upon delivery, identifying any defects to project engineers, contract administrators, and supervisors.
  • Review supplier invoices in conjunction with the contract administrator.
  • Coordinate project requirements with project supervisors to ensure timely delivery of materials and hardware to tower pads ahead of work crews.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on delivery of materials, ensuring sufficient plant, equipment, and craneage are ready and mobilised to the yard ahead of deliveries.
  • Maintain daily diaries recording resources on site, productivity achieved each day, and track attendance and working hours.
  • Drive leading hands, labour, and subcontractors to achieve project targets by understanding project schedule requirements.
Requirements:

Candidates should have experience in logistics roles, preferably with large infrastructure projects.
