About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as a Regional Advisor. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving cultural transformation and operational excellence across the APAC region.
Your expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and regulatory management will be instrumental in ensuring alignment with local context and regulations. You will work closely with stakeholders to review and recommend global policies, processes, and guidelines for compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Investigate and manage employee relations cases, including performance, workplace conflict, and terminations.
- Regulatory & Legislative Management: Stay up-to-date on local laws and standards, reviewing and recommending policy amendments to ensure compliance.
- Regional Expertise: Advise the wider HR community on local requirements and conditions, conducting terminations, and applying global policies to the local context.
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience in a fast-paced, global organization with a focus on advising, investigating, policy implementation.
- A resourceful and willing learner who partners with teams to progress HR policies and processes in line with regional requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
