Our mission at SpaceX is to make humanity a multiplanetary species. As a Graduate Engineer, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal.
You will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to real-world aerospace challenges and working closely with our team of experienced engineers.
The company offers various engineering teams across different locations, including design, manufacturing, and operations. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, such as the Starship program, which aims to establish a permanent, self-sustaining human presence on Mars.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong technical skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about space exploration and committed to delivering high-quality results.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a stipend to subsidize relocation costs, access to comprehensive medical coverage, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Some of the key qualifications for this role include:
- Enrolled in a graduate program by the start of employment and holds a bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or math discipline
- 6+ months of applied engineering experience
- Able to provide own transportation for positions at certain locations
We also encourage candidates with the following preferred skills and experience:
- GPA of 3.5 or above
- 9+ months experience of application of technical skills outside of the classroom
- Ability to work well in an integrated collaborative team environment
This is a full-time position that requires onsite work for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks beginning in August or September 2025.
Graduate Engineers are eligible for various programs, each tackling space exploration's toughest problems through ongoing development.
