About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front of House Team Member. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, preparing hot and cold beverages, delivering food and drinks, clearing and resetting tables, and performing general cleaning duties.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivering exceptional guest service by greeting and welcoming guests, answering their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their visit.
  • Preparing hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and other refreshments, to the highest standard.
  • Delivering food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
  • Clearing and resetting tables to maintain a clean and hygienic environment for our guests.
  • Performing general cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the premises.

Requirements:

  • Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and a commitment to providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances quickly.
  • Basic knowledge of coffee-making and beverage preparation techniques is desirable but not essential.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
