Front-of-House Ambassador

This role involves providing exceptional guest service, preparing beverages, delivering food and drinks, clearing tables, and maintaining a clean environment.
Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, preparing hot and cold beverages, delivering food and drinks, clearing and resetting tables, and performing general cleaning duties.
As a member of our front-of-house team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience in our cafe.
Requirements- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential
